Norma Velvet Cascade Gown

This gown is designed with squared shoulders and a deep V-neckline, falling to a defined waist before releasing into layered cascades that wrap and pool at the floor. A geometric cutout opens across the back. Italian velvet carries the weight, taking light across every fold.
